Can I send images of my room or project?
Yes. Please submit your enquiry first, then email any room images, supplier documents or references directly to us if we request them.
Can I ask for styling advice before ordering?
Yes. Please include the product you are considering and a little information about your space so we can guide you properly.
Where can I find delivery and returns information?
Our delivery and returns information is available on dedicated policy pages. If your question is about a specific piece, please include the product name in your enquiry.
Professional & Creator Enquiries
We do not currently offer formal trade accounts. However, we may be able to offer selected professional discounts for interior designers, stylists and content creators where the enquiry is aligned with Maison Marella.
For professional discount requests, please include:

- relevant qualification, industry experience or styling background
